I disagree with those who are fretting about the 1:40 connection at IAH. 1:40 should be plenty of time at IAH if your inbound flight is on time.
It really depends on when you arrive at IAH. Immigration lines can easily be 90 minutes at peak times.
I would not book this one without GE. It will be a forced overnight if there's a miss.
