Second that. Working in the insurance industry, the things you are should be looking for (in order) in an insurance policy are:
1) Claims paying ability <- Whether or not your valid claim will be paid
2) Service <- Whether or not you'll be able to communicate with your broker/carrier
3) Coverage <- Whether or not certain things are covered
4) Rating <- Not quite as important as most people think, as 1) is more indicative than rating. Unless you go for a "D" rated company, it's unlikely your company will go belly-up in a year
5) Price <- Last on the list. Because if #1, #2, #3 or #4 are lacking, it doesn't matter what #5 is. The most expensive insurance is the one that doesn't take care of you.
