Huh? I think you are very confused about something. CI purchased A300 in the 1970s. The first one was delivered in 1982 as I recall. BR didn't even exist.
CI evaluated A300 and 767 and went with A300 because it can hold more cargo, which was an important part of CI's business in intra-Asia flying.
When BR came to exist, CAA awarded whatever left over rights that CI didn't want and that's how BR got CDG - because CI didn't want to use it.
