They do - they literally don't move!

I've used them on 10-15 longhaul trips, and found them to be very comfortable, and very well fitting - plus the metal ends make them easy to remove. They weigh next to nothing, so there is no feeling of 'weights' in your ears.

They don't block out the sound completely, but then again no earplugs do.
