Note that the offered shuttle service only stops at Disney (and several hotels), but no other stops in the surrounding area. I was hoping for a ride from/to the Anaheim Convention Center (= between Disney and hotel) but was told that's not possible.

The Starwood website currently states: "Shuttle Service within Surrounding Area (Limited)"

I mentioned/complained about this (phone, FD, email to hotel & customer care), but never got a (real) response nor apologie nor recoup.

In general, I recommend the nearby Sheraton Park hotel over the Sheraton Garden Grove.
