The calling out of peers / co-workers (in the general sense of other airport workers) / discussing dirty laundry is something many are uncomfortable with and would avoid talking about. And does it really matter? It is a private club and does it need to explain the reason for each rule to all those admitted? Understand you were curious, and it is not always been apply (the common sense rule that many would like to see more of) but is part of
the published rules (and has been for at least 18 months)
