Further to the above - as a 'friend' you'll only be entitled to the 'special' ticket - ID90 and ID50 are direct family only.

If you do get a J ticket (which as above sounds unlikely) - you will get the J baggage allowance and tags. And security/immigration fast track. But thats it. No chauffeur / lounge etc.
