The case is explicitly planned by ST and I can confirm that the AF lounge can get massively busy instantaneously given flights concentration.
Ultimately, the AF lounge is the normal choice for people flying AF or the other airlines specifically contracting it for their flight, a logical choice for someone flying another ST airline but with an FB account, but I can't blame the lounge for refusing someone flying a different airline and with no 'home' account where their airline on the day has its own lounge (KE, AZ).
