Is that normal? Yesterday (Saturday) I was trying to make a Sun-Fri reservation. Sun-Thu worked, and Mon-Fri worked, but I had to make two reservations to do Sun-Mon. The message was no availability. I called and the nice lady combined them. But it was really strange.
Speaking from an IT/IS perspective, usually any system updates are done at times of low traffic, which for many companies is the weekend.
I don't know any specifics at Marriott, but that's my guess is they update things then.
