I have read my fair share of complaints about the temp on both EVA and CI. This year I went Premium Economy JFK-TPE-BKK on CI going and EVA returning TPE-JFK due to a missed connection. On both airlines TPAC I had my windbreaker on for the whole flight. Maybe it is just the luck of the draw...
