Whats the best way to get from T2 to T5 if you have one heavy-ish bag to check in?

Can you walk and push a trolley between the two or which is easiest bus or train?

Have a 3 hour connection from a BA to QR flight (booked separately) so the time doesn't worry me (pending any serious delays)
