Yes, under OneWorld rules - you're coming off a long-haul flight, defined as >5h, in the appropriate cabin, and connecting. (There may be some debate around what "connecting" means and as far as I'm aware, there is nothing that requires a single ticket or PNR). Connecting does mean you have to be travelling on the same day, however.

I assume you're the only Emerald of the group; otherwise you could guest at least one non-status passenger each.

Finally, if this is a revenue booking, you should all be at least sapphire by the end of the return leg, albeit that would only give access to the business lounge in future.
