security is done at the gate, back drop is at the gate as well. If they can't accept your case yet then it seems you are fairly early for your flight. about an hour before your flight you can wonder round to the gate and drop your bag off and then go back to the lounge.
Thanks. I must be going mad I honestly can't remember this before. Hey ho. Rather than going all the way there, then all the way back to the lounge, then back to the gate for boarding, can't I just at an appropriate time go there, check in the bag, go through security, and do a bit of duty free shopping, in perfect time to just board after that?
If so, how long before flight would someone recommend leaving the lounge ?
