The Stay More, Earn More offer requires you to stays for 18 nights to get the 36,000 points. It shows that you only stayed for 17 nights within the offer period. For your reference, below are your stays that were counted towards the offer:

Is 14th April the check-in date or check-out date? If check-in date, you would not have met the criteria. Basically only 14th and 15th April TWO nights count towards your Accelarate. If it is the check out date then you have a case to argue.
