Three day advance, check availability by trying to book, if there are more than 4 seats available I'd guess .... wait, do you have status? with status I'd assume one person would upgrade with 4 seats left, without status I'd bid the lowest possible. With fewer seats or more motivation to have an F seat on an overnight, I'd bid more.
