On the other hand, assuming the press release is accurate, at least AA reversed their decision and allowed them to fly later.
The male passenger is the type that saved the US Capitol from being destroyed on September 11th when United flight 93 was about to be retaken by the passengers from Bin Laden's team.

This Tony may be a hothead but he was a hothead for the passengers. The FA was clearly out of line. If the FA can't control his temper, how is he going to perform when the plane has crash landed and the wing is on fire? Punch a passenger?

Local TV news reports the woman got her plane ticket to Argentina refunded, got a $1000 voucher, and upgraded to first class to Argentina.
