I agree that BW isn't very well ran. I recently tried to book a stay at a BW and BW website kept showing zero availability. However, rooms were being offered on various OTAs. I called BW and they said there's no availability. Then I called the hotel directly and they told me to book it thru OTAs. Obviously they have no loyalty to BW corporate at all
