Anyone know if you can bring infants into the Eurostar lounges in London and Paris for free? My wife and I will be using our Amex Platinum cards for access and ideally we would bring our 3 month old in with us, if that's not possible I guess we'd have to take turns.

We have a Priority Pass and nearly all the airline lounges in that network state that children under 2 are admitted free of charge, so I thought Eurostar might have a similar policy, but can't find anything specific.
