I just wondered if anyone might be able to pass on any advice about where to purchase Haruka Limited Express train tickets at Kansei airport, preferably from automated ticket machines -- I had heard that there were machines with English language functionality now with which to buy this particular kind of ticket? I just don't know where to find them at the airport.

Also, would anyone know where to find the same thing going in the reverse direction at JR Kyoto station?

Finally -- sorry for so many questions! -- does anyone know how frequently these trains runs, e.g. twice an hour, three times, etc.? Or would anyone know of an available timetable.
