Even if the woman was 100% in the wrong...the FA, as the PROFESSIONAL, should not be grabbing items out of people's hands, possibly striking them with it, and then yelling at other passengers.

Based on the video, this is NOT an FA I would feel safe flying with as it is clear that he does not handle stress well.
