Couple of years ago I was on a very tired IB A340 LHR to MAD and the seat was awful, threadbare and uncomfortable for the two hour hop. Couldn't imagine sitting on it for 12+ hours. I would put comfort and convenience above IFE which can instead be a book and iPad
