I've bought their Europe 12GB Pack + Portable Modem/Router for 118€ (April 2017). Had it sent to my hotel in Paris without any problem, the modem is "used", and not refurbished as announced but in very good condition, the battery could last for at least 10 hours of direct use. The SIM Card is from Three UK and for activation, you need to have minimal skill to access the modem via browser and set up to use the sim card, a step-by-step guide is sent by e-mail. Went to London and Portugal, internet 3G in most of the time, we've got 4G only during our stay in London.
