I do have contrary impression about the roll out.

One story said A330-200 won't have PE which IB use them to fly to Asia and Central America (which IB does not need PE in those market, apparently).

Then another story said that ALL long-haul aircraft will receive PE by 2018...

I am very confused. Anyone have a better understanding?
