There are four SPG properties in Doha - St Regis, W, Shearton and Westin.

In terms of proximity to IAM and Souq the St Regis is in Peal so it would be a quite a long drive/uber ride since you will go through the Corniche.

I've both stayed at the W and Shearton and the uber ride to IAM/Souq was at most 15 minutes and about 30 QAR (which about 7-8 USD) and had both a great experience but I would say Shearton is a better choice due to the closer proximity to the Corniche.
