Just got off STL-SFO and they did warm bits as usual and then brought the small domestic tray with an appetizer (two wedges of "Swiss" cheese - similar to Laughing Cow, package of Carr's, slme
dried apricots, ramekin of walnuts and packet of honey. Main menu was then served afterwards, but without a salad.
