Nice - the lav in the background appeared to be the larger starboard-side one on the 772 (PMCO) / second galley in between the first and second biz sections, but this is a welcome design.
Looks like the extended ledge (sticking out in the photo) might assist the FAs as well during meal service/any other serving times as well...
