Yeah it is odd that there isn't flights like LAX-IAH given the sizes of the city (AA had a RJ on that route) and though I understand the competitiveness of the TX area, it's really annoying to fly via MSP to get to visit my family. More MQMs and potential to visit some friends in MSP on the layover but dang....
