Whether you think UA was in the right or the wrong, this is the bottom line. UA's legal fault at this point is almost irrelevant, except to the lawyers on both sides who are going to fight this out. Exactly. As I said like 6000 posts ago, I was stunned that apparently at no time in this process did anyone think that with roughly 100 people on a plane there would be roughly 120 cameras. I'm actually surprised that we haven't seen more movies.
