That is actually a real upgrade! I am wondering if this move will attract more business travel or not. We have seen how budget airlines have harmed CX business recently - the reduction of FUK and HND service. Really hope CX can do something to retain the customers.
Lol. This trend was exactly the topic of my undergraduate dissertation,which I have just completed (LCCs keep improving and FSCs keep cutting and we, therefore, have a constantly diminishing difference between them.) More popular in Europe, than Asia, but the latter is also catching up.
