I just received an email from HK Express. Basically speaking, there will be an enhancement (REAL enhancement, not the BA kind of enhancement) for their U-Biz fares.

From 21/Apr onwards:
- FREE Plaza Premium Lounge access at HKIA
- Priority boarding
- Priority check-in
- Priority luggage (from 8/May)
- Flexible flight date and time change
- 30kg baggage allowance
- HK$25 in flight meal credit
- Earn double points for reward-U

That is actually a real upgrade! I am wondering if this move will attract more business travel or not. We have seen how budget airlines have harmed CX business recently - the reduction of FUK and HND service. Really hope CX can do something to retain the customers.
