Section 16.2 "After departure" of the rules has:
(b) Changes to ticketed points are permitted at a charge of USD125.00 per transaction.
(c) No Show requires rebooking at a charge of USD125

Are these additive? I ask since the normal rebooking fee (ie routing changes) is the same.
