I flew an Asiana round trip this past week, just between Japan and Korea (full Trip Report forthcoming from the 10 days once my body clock gets back into the right time zone ), and was quite surprised that in economy they didn't offer any alcohol or soft drinks from the beverage cart. Just coffee, tea, water, and juice. Seemed very unlike an Asian full service airline to me.

SFO777, I must have been there only a few days/week after you, except I mainly flew ANA J vs a variety of F products.
