COSTCO is a hot idea! We spend a lot there.

But, I must argue with QUOKKA. Fiscal responsibility has little to do with the idea of paying off the balance.

Instead of bashing QUOKKA I should probobly simply say, different programs work for different people. Otherwise the nations largest consumer bank (and our favorite airline) would'nt have come up with such a plan.

For me I like flexibility, direct deposit and the SDSSA benefits that ATM's offer.
