No update yet from Air France.
I returned on Sunday 4/2.
I emailed them on Monday 4/3.
The email auto responder said that they will try to get back to me within 10 business days (which would have been 4/17). But the email says that it can take longer for more complex situations.
I guess I just need to be patient?
I didn't take it to the shop to get it fixed or anything like that. I want to see what they are going to offer me (if anything). It's just sitting in my closet as it was the day that I got back from the airport.
Maybe if they don't respond by Friday I'll reach out to them via twitter or facebook.
