SAM'S CLUB is another place that won't accept Visa (except for Southern CA), but will take a debit card.

cethen is right, you can't get your tires cheaper than Costco (or SAM'S). Most other places will charge for mounting them, balancing them, weights, valve stems, etc.

It's just another way to earn miles.
