Exactly.
My reading of the terms is that if they suspend AC 754 SFO-YYZ, that's not grounds for a refund, because there are other non-stops (other FLIGHTS). And if they suspend all non-stops, even that is not grounds for a refund, because I can connect through YVR, YYC, or YUL (other ROUTES).
But if they stopped flying to YYZ, period (okay, bad example given it's AC's largest hub, but bear with me), then I'd be entitled to a refund, even though my FP also allows me to fly to every other city in the continent.
