Lost seats
Hello,
I am a OW Emerald (on AA). Booked BA IAH-LHR with 3 other pax and selected my preferred seats. We are in Y on this leg. I log in today (a week before the flight) and I have been moved much further back.
Calling BA they first said I didn't pay for the seats (BA.com quoted me 0 as a OWE). Now they are saying "operational reasons", the lovely catch all ........ phrase.
I understand operational reasons, however over a week in advance? There has been no equipment swap.
Any recourse?
