I received one of these check cards about October of last year, and there was a 25.00 service fee that applies yearly on mine..Being that you are a gold that might be waived..It works out really well...you will get miles for all your purchases but you will not get miles for cash withdrawals or from automatic withdrawals for insurance or what not.
