I have had a notice from Hertz that an administration fee has been charged for a traffic ticket I have received, but I have no idea what offence this is for, or how much the fine is.

There is a ticket # on the Hertz invoice and I have typed this into paycity.co.za and viewfines.net, but both say it's an invalid ticket number. The ticket is from Knysna Municipality and is numbered KN followed by an 11 digit number.

How should I proceed with this? I don't think I can ignore it, as I am in South Africa again next winter.
