I would be surprised if they blocked every wavelength of UV esp longer wavelength/UVA. They are not completely blackout even at lowest/darkest setting and the total thickness of window panes etc is not huge.
Unless you have a photosensitive disorder, id be surprised at any penetration signficance, so to speak
