On a similar subject, do those blinds block UV? I noticed about 3 hours in to a transatlantic flight last week that I had been sitting with the moon like sun shining directly on me. Not good for my sensitive skin nor anyone to be exposed to to much UV. I had to sit at a weird angle for awhile till the sun (or plane) changed angle.

Flight crew said they didn't block UV.
