i've been having a real hard time lately with the brg team in india....filed a claim yesterday which was denied today because the agent said the rate on the third party website was higher....what he failed to realize is that the rate on that website includes tax (it clearly states that on the final booking page) while the rate on spg does not....i guess i'll have to make another call to the brg team to get this approved....
