It's just me, but if I felt something was important enough, I'd leave the queue to read it so that I'm not holding anyone up.

I'd probably just sign it like Mr NW in this situation though if I am relaxed about it, as it sounds like the case with Mr NW.

(Now if it's CW to WT+ downgrade I would probably take the whole thing more seriously, personally, if it were to happen to me)
