I called GGL line in late March and am not back 'up' to Diamond yet. All three stays in April have been as a Gold.

same here, over a month wait and no joy. I've called yesterday and the representative has entered my hilton number again. Apparently it was refused the first time he tried, but I insisted it's 9 digits long and the representative has forced the system to accept it. No eta for the status to be updated
