Mr NW is relaxed about it. No DYKWIA about him except that he does occasionally get huffy when he has to queue with the hoards to board when travelling in paid F.
Bizarre.... Surely they would normally either upgrade, or, if it was full in CW/F, downgrade somebody else rather than a GGL.
