I typically only return to restaurants if the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It means just as much as the food. I see that the cabin atmosphere as critical for my enjoyment of the F or J cabin. Get a surly FA, the voyage can be miserable. Fortunately, they are few and far between, and we can turn our complaints to substandard food and wine
