I heard about that one, but it's not the one I was thinking of. That one, I thought the guy had a semi-reasonable argument. The one I'm thinking of, the guy booked like 6 J tix under fake names to block out the cabin and ensure there was upgrade space after he cancelled them shortly before departure.
