1. It will be credited based on NH's earning rate.

2. True. NH has a JV with UA. Any routes under the JV will have a harmonized earning regardless of airlines flown (NH/UA). In the case of KF, you will earn based on the airlines flown, not the JV.

In short - you will have to fly UA.
