that was on there back in mid-march when i stayed. during the two conventions on two separate days, the parking garage gate was down and requiring a ticket and such, presumably to charge but the rest of the week with no convention, the gate was up and I could drive in and out as I pleased. I only got a car later in the week so I do not know the procedure for guests with cars during a convention.
