Also if you fly with OW partners the Qpoints & Qmiles don't post immediately. It's sometimes taken weeks for mine to post, and that too with follow up emails/calls. If you miss your 'tier upgrade' window then it might be a battle you have to fight with Qatar to honour the date of travel and not the date the Qpoints were posted into your account.

but you will ALSO want to SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL BOARDING PASSES!!! I really can't emphasize this point enough. Once your flights are done, scan them along with your ticket and email it Qatar Airways ASAP, that way they can start to follow up with it sooner rather than later
